Seater ("we") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Seater macOS application ("App"). Please read this policy carefully before using our services.
Local Storage: Seater is a local application. All workstation configurations, layouts, and settings you create in the App are stored directly on your macOS device.
No Personal Information Collected: We do not collect your personal identifiable information or usage data through the App. We do not have servers to store your user-generated content.
Since we do not collect your personal data, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. Your data belongs entirely to you.
Since data is stored on your local device, you can completely delete your data at any time by deleting the App or specific content within the App. Upon deleting the App, data stored locally will be removed by the system. We cannot access your data, so we cannot perform deletion on your behalf; control over your data belongs entirely to you.
Seater requires macOS Accessibility permission to manage and bind application windows. This permission is only used to implement window management functionality, and we do not collect or transmit any data related to this permission.
Our services are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or similar age as defined by local laws). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time based on laws, regulations, or product updates. Any changes will be posted on this page and mentioned in the App update notes. We recommend you review this page periodically for the latest information.
